The Organization of Socialized and Economic Housing Developers of the Philippines (OSHDP) held its Affordable Housing Summit 2025 under the theme “Confronting the Deepening Housing Crisis,” marking three decades of advocacy in socialized and economic housing. It was held on August 26, 2025, at the Solaire Grand Ballroom, Solaire North, Quezon City, Philippines. The summit convened industry stakeholders, policymakers, housing developers, and community advocates to address the urgent challenges facing affordable housing in the Philippines. Its purpose was to spotlight the worsening housing shortage and explore pathways to sustainable, inclusive housing development.
During the summit, participants engaged in panels, presentations, and dialogues that examined the root causes and systemic barriers of the housing crisis. Discussions delved into land scarcity, financing mechanisms, policy gaps, urban planning, social housing models, and innovations in construction technologies.
